A TEAM of investigators has organised a series of meetings for people who have used a local mental health trust.
Last month the Healthcare Commission, an independent body which inspects healthcare providers in the UK, launched an investigation into West London Mental Health NHS Trust.
This followed a series of complaints about the way the trust handles serious situations, and whether it does enough to tackle the root cause of the problems.
Investigators want to hear from any former service users, relatives, staff members or people from the voluntary sector who have experience of the trust.
The meetings are being held on Wednesday, May 28, at Southall Community Centre, in Merrick Road, on Thursday, May 29, at the Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith, and on Wednesday, May 4, at the Priory Community Centre, in Acton Lane.
All the meetings will run from noon to 5pm, and anyone wishing to make an appointment for either a face-to-face or phone interview, can call the commission's helpline on 0845 601 3012, by Friday 23 May.
All information given to investigators will be kept confidential.
