A MISSING 11-year-old Ealing boy was seen on CCTV talking to a man who police may be able to help with their search.
Police are growing increasingly concerned for missing Ibraheem Shah who has not been seen since 5.30pm on Wednesday.
Ibraheem was seen on CCTV at Paddington Station taking the escalator to the Bakerloo line. During this time he appears to have spoken to a black man who was travelling on the train to Paddington.
Ibraheem, who lives with his foster parents in Southall, is known to have travelled to Stratford tube station and was alone when he arrived between 6.30pm and 7pm.
Ealing borough Commander Ian Jenkins said: "At the moment we do not know where Ibraheem is or what has happened to him.
"We believe he got on the train of his own accord having told friends he was going to visit family and took the tube to Stratford but he has not been seen since."
"Ibraheem didn't take any clothes, bags or money with him.
"From CCTV taken from Paddington Station at 5.30pm he is seen walking close to a black man who we would very much like to contact us as he may be able to help us piece together where Ibraheem was going and where he may be.
"I would like to appeal to Ibraheem directly: you are not in any trouble, we just need to confirm that you are safe and well. Please get in touch with the police or your carers so that we can check you are ok."
Ibraheem is described as of Asian appearance with short black hair, brown eyes, of thin build and around 5ft tall. When last seen he was wearing his Featherstone School, Southall uniform: a blue tie, dark blazer with school badge, a white shirt, black trousers and shoes.
Over the top he was wearing a blue Parka jacket with a fur-trimmed hood. He had a blue woollen hat on with a white band around it and the word Manchester on the white strip.
Ibraheem's family are originally from Pakistan.
The local mosques in both Southall and Forest Gate, areas Ibraheem knows, are being contacted by Safer Neighbourhood officers.
