A HOARDER who keeps rusting scrap in his back garden has been ordered to clear the mess by a judge.

Murray King was ordered last December to clear the gardens of his houses at 9 and 10 Fielding Terrace, Uxbridge Road, by magistrates in Acton, but appealed the decision which gave him a reprieve.

He then refused to take part in the first hearing because he said the judge from Isleworth Crown Court was biased against him, but was on Monday given three months to clear the junk from his property.

Debris in his garden includes an earth mover which has been there since the 70s, cars, rotting doors and building material, although he will be allowed to keep a boat which is stored there.

At court yesterday he was given three months to comply with a clean-up notice, and ordered to pay costs of £585 to Ealing Council.

He should dumb the rubbish at the judges home. Then he will have to pay for it to be cleared and all is fair in life then.

The much-feared Ealing council ratchers are in disarray have been caught out by a googlie as they learn that OUR HERO Mr King has appealed to the European Courth of Human Rights that his collection of ferro-archaelogy is, in fact, performance art and is in line with his RIGHT as a human being to express himself regardless of the personal problems of Council Officers with Obsessive Compulsive (OC) psyshological problems.
