DETECTIVES investigating the murder of Sukhjinder Singh in Southall on Saturday, 30 July have charged a third man.
[G] Ravinder Singh Shergil, 30 (18.03.86) of Colville Close, Tipton was arrested on Saturday, 26 November and charged on the same day with the murder of 33-year-old Sukhjinder Singh also known as Gurinder Singh.
He will appear in custody at Hendon Magistrates' Court on Monday, 28 November.
Two men have already been charged with Sukhjinder's murder:
[C] Amandeep Sandhu, 29 (1.4.87) of Townsend Road, Southall was charged on Sunday, 7 August.
[F] Palwinder Multani, 35 (09.12.80) of Tudor Road, Hayes, was charged on Friday, 7 October. He was also charged with assisting an offender.
They have been remanded in custody and will appear at the Old Bailey for trial on 16 January 2017.
Four men currently remain on bail, [A], 24 years; [B], 29 years; [D], 36 years and [E], 28 years – were re-bailed pending further enquires to a date in late December.
