SPINNING, sports sessions and saunas are the cards for Southall Sports Centre’s free family fun day to show off their refurbishment this Saturday.

On Saturday April 23 Everyone Active, in partnership with Ealing Council, will be running a variety of sessions for the centre’s members as well as non-members from 10am-6pm.

With spinning and belly dance taster sessions for fitness fanatics, walking basketball and table tennis for the over 50s and a bouncy castle and face paint for the kiddies there really is something for everyone.

Everyone Active General Manager Ameesha Patel said: “We are delighted to be throwing open our doors and showcasing our brand new facilities at our free family fun day.

“With a wide range of activities on offer, this is a fantastic opportunity for the local community to come and try something new.

“Why not grab your family and friends and join in the fun!”

The centre has recently had a £40,000 refurbishment and now boasts new gym equipment, improved changing rooms, a new sauna and an extended group exercise timetable.

For those brave enough there will be gym challenges and a personal training session with a qualified Everyone Active instructor.

Drop-in sessions will be available for basketball, badminton and football.
