BRENDONS Auctioneers, a familiar name to longer-term Ealing residents, are moving to new offices near Ealing Broadway station.
It's also a few minutes from the Ealing Double Tree Hilton where they host their regular property auctions.
Phil Arnold, its managing director, said: “Last year we saw lots offered, lots sold and amount raised all significantly up.
“The outlook for the property market continues to be positive for rental and commercial stock and, as a London-based auction house, we aim to capitalise on this.”
