LONDON’S youngest graffiti artists will be let loose on the walls of the new Collective Old Oak development at Acton during a street art event this Saturday.
The Collective Paint Jam will involving artists painting murals on the hoardings during a day of music, food and art.
Graffiti workshops will also be held for young people (8-18). With the help of an artist from the group Positive Arts, they will learn how to create their own graffiti masterpieces, including how to plan colour schemes and use spray cans.
Mr Cenz, Lost Souls Crew and Captain Kris are among many talented graffiti artists attending.
There will also be a space for street artists to showcase their work on the walls of the new development.
Originally a derelict 1970s office building, the Collective now offers student and mixed-use accommodation for the community.
The Paint Jam will take place on Saturday, May 30, 10am-5pm, at The Collective Old Oak, Old Oak Lane.
