SWIMMERS from Northolt Leisure Centre took part in the World’s Biggest Swim to raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Individuals could choose from 1.5K, 2.5K or 5K distances and teams could swim 1.5K and 5K.
They joined thousands of swimmers around the country in making a splash and raising money.
Yoshi Sekido and Jim Stewart took part in the 5k swim and completed it in 2hr 16min 40sec and 2hr 13 min 32 sec respectively, while Derek Watson did the 2.5K in 1hr 19 min.
The leisure centre is operated by Everyone Active, in partnership with Ealing Council.
