AN Acton theatre school brought Christmas joy to a children’s hospice with a special performance.
Talented students from Stagecoach Theatre Arts School gave a festive gift of song and dance to Shooting Star Chase in Hampton, which provides care for young people with life-limiting conditions.
Teresa Ward, principal of the school. said: “Shooting Star does outstanding work for the community and we’re happy to have supported them.
“Our Stagecoach pupils have been working hard and gave a fantastic show. We were so excited to go along and learn [from hospice staff] a carol in sign language so we could perform something for all to enjoy.”
Acton Stagecoach is part of a network of more than 600 part-time theatre arts schools worldwide.
Early stages classes are available for children aged 4-6 and main stages classes for 6-18s.
