YOUNGSTERS from Brentside High School in Hanwell were among hundreds, aged 13-19, who had the chance to explore life and work in the creative industries.
They were at Creative Quarter for a day of free events in Exhibition Road, South Kensington.
Career options were outlined in five core areas: art and architecture, fashion, music and drama, science and technology.
The event was led by the Victoria and Albert Museum, and other venues taking part were Christie’s, Imperial College, Kensington Palace, the Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall and the Science Museum.
Visitors from schools across the country had the chance to explore career options through interactive events, such as making game pads, designing the city of the future, set building and film-making.
