POLICE want witnesses to contact them after two children were hurt in a car crash at Ealing Common yesterday (Tuesday).
Officers were called to the Uxbridge Road to reports of a Mercedes Coupe hitting a road sign at about 10.45am.
The woman driving the car travelling westbound was not injured. Two children, aged six and 11, were taken to hospital. Their injuries are not life-threatening.
No other vehicle was involved.
Det Sgt Steve Pidgeon, of the Roads, Policing and Traffic Command, said: "I would like to appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have witnessed the collision to contact us." The number to call is 020 8991 9555.
