OWNERS of empty homes in Ealing could receive grants of up to £30,000 to renovate them and rent them out under an updated council scheme.
The new grants aim to tackle the housing shortages and bring empty borough homes back into use.
In exchange, the homes must be let out at an affordable rent for five years.
More than 430 properties have already been brought back into use under the initiative.
