WILDLIFE friendly gardeners are being asked to open their doors to the public as part of an annual event.

The RSPB is appealing for people in Ealing to open up their garden to neighbours and friends as part of its Feed the Birds Day on Saturday, October 29, which is an annual event that encourages people to take positive action to improve their gardens for birds and other wildlife.

Susan Sutton, RSPB open gardens co-ordinator said: "We are looking for passionate people who would be willing to share their interest in wildlife with other people. You don't need any experience or expert knowledge as the RSPB will provide all the information and resources you need to run your event. All we require from you is a garden with wildlife and bags of enthusiasm."
