Charity makes a song and dance at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre

THE Town Square at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre was alive with the sound of music on Saturday as it played its part in raising funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Marie Curie hosted the annual Great Daffodil Charity Appeal, the event which saw shoppers entertained throughout the day by Questor’s Choir and Swingland dancers.
A grand total of £1,756 was raised, enough to pay for 87 hours of nursing care in the homes of terminally ill people.
Claire Moss, Community Fundraiser, said: “Every donation for a daffodil will help us to provide more free nursing care hours, allowing people to die in the comfort of their own home surrounded by family and friends. So thank you to all those who donated.”
