A BUS stop is due to get a dedicated police team as part of efforts to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour on public transport.
A sergeant, a constable and seven PCSOs will patrol the Ealing Broadway stop, Mayor of London Boris Johnson announced today.
It is one of thirty bus stops due to see an increased police presence.
Mr Johnson said: “I want to ensure that all Londoners can travel safely around our city, and can do so in confidence.
“The latest figures show that we are starting to turn the tide, and I will be working tirelessly to build on this success.”
