THE teenager who died after he was stabbed in an Acton tower block last night has been named.

Craig Marshall, 19, from the South Acton Estate, died after staggering into Acton Police Station just before 11pm.

It is believed he was stabbed outside a flat on the 15th floor of Rufford Tower, Lexden Road, and two Sri Lankan men who live in a flat on that floor are being quizzed by police.

Neighbours say police with riot shields, stab vests and helmets raided their flat at around 1.30am, and took the pair, aged 20 and 21, into custody.

Relatives and friends have been stopped from laying flowers at the scene by police, who still have a large area around the 22-storey tower cordoned off.

Did you know Craig? Leave your tributes below.

More soon.

If anyone has time please see the film "boy A".This killing of our youth will not end.everyone is involved i.e we all bear the burden of responsibility. There was a time when youngsters aere scared of adults and showed some sign of looking up to them and the police. That has now gone and we are left with youths running around with no care for the adults or police. When sent to prison we get the same old story "it cant be my child who done it"some are treated as hero's.More police on the streets.More centres for the youth.Get the churches involved and bring back things like boys brigade.Local clubs for arts.weekend places where kids can go and not be afraid. And make them all watch the film i have mentioned. My condolances and heartfelt symphathy to the youths family.

To my amazement, it happened right outside a police station. How could they have not known such a terrible incident was happening outside their door step. More police doesnt make a difference to our streets, the youths will become even more crazier. Its up to the parents and local communities to help the youths spend their time valued in an appropriate way. Education and discipline has to be the most important part of living life. Without education, your nothing. Discipline will keep you together and help you follow the right path.
All knife killers should be sent to third world countries to be taught a lesson about how to cherish life and care for eachother. I feel sick to the stomach knowing that my long term best friend has died in the most disgusting way. I would have thought he had another 20-30 years to live a greatly happy life and achieve all the wonderful dreams he wanted. He will always be remembered as the smiling guy always making jokes and never on the wrong side with anyone.

That is kinda sad. I feel sorry for the guy who stabbed and the people who stabbed him.

I heard of stories of how Craig went to Kandy and Sandy to rob them. They have been robbed many times by the same people.

I really feel sorry for the brothers because they all they did was defend themselves. Fair enough somebody lost their live but what would do if the same people were robbing you all the time.

Trouble came to them and now they have to deal with it for the rest of their lives.
