FOLLOWING last year's launch of its Community Choice project, Gunnersbury Park and Museum is again inviting people to choose a project to benefit the community.

It will be funded by a percentage of the profits from summer events held in the park.

Last year, more than 600 people voted to plant new hedgerows to bring new habitats to the park. This time, there are three new projects to choose from:

New benches by the sports fields

Bursaries for schools with a high percentage of free school meals to attend the immersive education programme

Outdoor gym equipment free for all to use.

This year, Gunnersbury was host to artists, outdoor theatre and the circus, and tens of thousands came to enjoy the events.

Community Choice projects have been championed by staff members. To watch videos about the project and to vote, click: https://www.visitgunnersbury.org/news-blog/our-work/community-choice-2023/

Voting ends on Tuesday, January 2, and the winning project will be announced the next day.
