THE Addams Family, a musical comedy, was the St Benedict’s School production in Ealing this year.
The three-night run showcased the ghoulish family and a host of ghostly ancestors brought to life by a talented cast.
The story focuses on the romance between Wednesday Addams (Kyra Nelson: Y12) and Lucas Beineke (Mark Maalouf: Y12), who is from a ‘normal’ Ohio family.
The main characters, including Grandma Addams (Amelia Young: Y12), the Beineke parents (Mak Selimovic, Y12; Natalia McFadzean, Y13) and Lurch the butler (Inigo Bigland: Y12), with the additional cast of ghouls, captivated their audience, supported by a slick backstage crew, make-up team, lighting and sound technicians.
The show was produced by Head of Drama Mark Randall and the Musical Director was Amy John, Assistant Director of Music.
