A large office building on an industrial estate in Watford is to be demolished.

The Orient Centre site in Greycaine Road will be replaced by three new units along with a fourth unit in a car park.

The plans approved by Watford Borough Council at a meeting last night (December 6) will see new “modern”  employment space provided.
