THE next stage of a large building development is due to come before councillors this evening.
TaylorWimpey, the developers behind the Grand Union Village project, will try to persuade members of Ealing Council planning committee to let them build 83 more flats on the site in Broadmead Road.
The plans would see an old office building converted into the housing, although concerns have been raised about a lack of affordable housing included in the designs and problems with parking provision.
Other schemes which will come before the board tonight include a new multi-use games area planned for Trinity Way, East Acton, and designs for bridges over the railway line in Hanger Lane as part of traffic improvement plans.
The meeting starts at 7pm at Ealing Town Hall, in New Broadway.
