MORE than £12,000 was seized in an early morning drug raid in Northolt yesterday.

A 28-year-old man was arrested in the operation at 10 Keble Close on suspicion of money laundering and possession with intent to supply Class C drugs.

Drug squad officers searched the house using sniffer dogs and discovered the cash, along with some herbal cannabis, electronic weighing scales and other drug using equipment.

The suspect was bailed by police for further inquiries, and is due to report back on Tuesday, August 12.
