A 20-year old man suffered cuts and bruises when his mobile phone was stolen by robbers.
At about 10.10pm on July 8, the victim was walking home along Ridding Lane from Sudbury Hill tube station when he was followed by two men.
They approached their victim before punching and kicking him to the ground. They made off with a mobile phone, a gold chain, a watch and £15 cash.
The victim did not need hospital treatment but did consult his GP for cuts and bruises to his face and body.
The first attacker is described as a black man, aged about 22 years and his accomplice is described as a 23-year-old Asian man.
