THE largest consultation in the history of the borough is set to reopen for three weeks after changes to plans were submitted by the developers.
Irish firm Glenkerrin, who are proposing to build a 40-storey tower as part of a redevelopment of the Arcadia Centre in Ealing, have tweaked their plans for the site.
The Leaf, the main tower on the site, has been rotated 25 degrees to the left, so the main archway under the building would now face Villiers House next door to Ealing Broadway station.
The order of the three finger blocks on the site, which will look on to Haven Green, has been changed so the tallest is now in the middle of the trio.
The Ealing Times has learned that although the plans were submitted in December the council has agreed to hold the opening of a three week consultation until at least January 7.
It is understood the developers are still pushing for a decision to be made on the project by the planning committee by the end of February.
