There is still major disruption on the train network after emergency services were called to a train station this morning.
Lines were down for around two hours after British Transport Police officers were called to Carpenders Park, near Watford.
They responded to concerns for a man's welfare at around 8am. Just before 10am, police confirmed he had been taken to a place of safety.
Lines began to reopen but power needed to be restored to the line which meant there was another delay in getting the trains moving.

Services are now running but with severe delays.
At one point, there were no trains in or out of London Euston and passengers from across England and even Scotland were held at train stations across the country.
Passengers on the West Coast Mainline, London Northwestern, London Overground, and Southern Railway were affected - tickets were being accepted on reasonable routes.
Anyone travelling today is advised to check their timetables with disruption expected to last for most of the day.
