EALING Blues Festival has announced its full line-up for this year, featuring cult bluesman Son of Dave as one of its headline acts, alongside award-winning Kyla Brox.

Canadian-born Son of Dave has built a reputation through his eclectic musical style. His songs are upbeat and tongue-in-cheek.

Previously part of the rock band Crash Test Dummies, he has released seven albums in a 20-year career.

Kyla Brox will be showing off her smooth, soaring vocals backed by her band, which features long-time collaborator Danny Blomeley.

The daughter of Victor Brox, she beat artists from 22 countries to win this year’s European Blues Challenge.

Also on the bill are South London’s Bad Influence, festival regulars Robert Hokum Revue, rock and rollers Geoff Garbow Band and the Paul Cook Blues Band.

The festival continues to salute the borough’s musical heritage, where the careers of the Rolling Stones, The Who and Cream members Ginger Baker and Eric Clapton were born.
