Cause to celebrate: staff and residents at Torkington House
RESIDENTS and staff at Torkington House care home in Creswick Road, Acton, are celebrating after it was named third in the country in a Your Care survey of family and friends.
Torkington House had an Overall Performance Rating of 973 out of 1,000, compared to the national average of 842 and last year’s score of 950 for the home.
The home was also praised by its residents, receiving an OPR of 940 out of 1,000, compared with the national average of 882.
Torkington House provides residential and dementia care to 32 residents.
