HOUSE prices in Ealing are more than ten times the average income in the borough.
The average price of a home in Ealing stands at £314,934 - 13 times the £24,931 the average resident earns in a year.
Bernie Conroy, assistant director of Metropolitan Home Ownership, said: "Astronomical property prices mean London is one of the most expensive cities in the world."
