A charity which supplies people in need with second hand furniture hosted its second annual Christmas dinner on Thursday.
Epping Forest ReUse invited a group of older people to their centre on Bower Hill.
The showroom where dining tables and chairs are displayed for sale was transformed to allow 15 people from Loughton and Buckhurst Hill to enjoy a traditional three course meal cooked at the centre and served by staff and volunteers.
ReUse provides furniture and household appliances to people in need, although the showrooms near Epping Station are open to all.
A wide range of goods including furniture, fridges, freezers, microwaves, small electrical goods and miscellaneous items are available for sale.
