Three new outlets at Westway Cross, Greenford
LIDL, Nando’s and Smyths Toys are coming to Westway Cross Shopping Park in Greenford.
Lidl has agreed a 25-year lease, while Smyths Toys has signed for 15 years. Nando’s will open a new restaurant, for which it has agreed a 20-year lease.
Westway already hosts Next, TK Maxx, Boots, JD, Sports Direct and an M&S Food Hall.
Royal London Asset Management secured the deals, represented jointly by Savills and Curson Sowerby Partners.
