Transformed: Star and Garter
UXBRIDGE-based developer London Square won five gold awards at the Oscars of the house building industry, the WhatHouse? Awards 2018.
London Square, based in York Road, struck gold for its restoration and conversion into apartments of the Star and Garter home on Richmond Hill.

The developer also achieved gold and bronze for its regeneration of a neglected site at Streatham Hill into 254 homes, a community theatre and shops.
The ceremony, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, was hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall and TV personality Gabby Logan.
