A POLICE constable has been dismissed without notice following an Unsatisfactory Police Performance meeting.
PC Bhupinder Kalsi, based at Hillingdon, answered allegations that her performance was grossly incompetent.
It was alleged that PC Kalsi, in ejecting a member of the public, Mr Malagardis, from the front office at Uxbridge police station on March 4, 2016:
1) Failed to consider reasonable alternatives
2) Failed to use reasonable force
3) Did not provide information requested by the London Ambulance Service and failed to follow instruction and training when dealing with unresponsive casualties
4) Was viewing a DVD while on duty, following Mr Malagardis’ ejection

5) Supported the decision to lock the front office door
6) Failed to exercise reasonable care in her treatment and monitoring of Mr Malagardis following his ejection.
Mr Malagardis was found dead outside the police station the following morning.
Two allegations were proven and three not proven. One was proven as being unsatisfactory performance.
The panel decided that PC Kalsi should be dismissed without notice.
