Airport's poll shows continued support for expansion
A POLL commissioned by Heathrow Airport shows continuing support its expansion plan in neighbouring communities.
The results come as the airport’s operators confirms announced two further public consultations in January and June next year, when people can have their say on the third runway and expansion.
The Populus poll is the first since the parliamentary vote in June to enlarge Heathrow.
More than 12,500 residents from 15 constituencies, including all those in Hillingdon and Ealing, were interviewed by phone for the poll.
