CHILDREN across Ealing are being offered a new way of getting active this school year, thanks to a new partnership between Britain’s most-decorated gymnast and their leisure centre provider.
Everyone Active, which manages Twyford Sports Centre in partnership with Ealing Council, has joined with double Olympic gold medallist Max Whitlock to launch a gymnastic programme.
Max Whitlock Gymnastics aims to get more young people healthy and active through fun, engaging gym sessions for children aged 3-11.

Everyone Active and Max Whitlock have pledged to get one million children engaged in the sport by 2022. This will be done in more than 30 Everyone Active centres across the country.
Twyford Sports Centre is selected to deliver the programme for children in Ealing. Sessions will officially launch in September and take place on Wednesday and Thursday, September 5-6. The Saturday programme will be on September 11 and is on-going.
Children will have the opportunity to try their hand on a range of apparatus and take part in activities set by Max and his elite coach wife, Leah.
