YOUNG people have turned their lives around and achieved qualifications to help their future careers were celebrated at an inspirational awards event.
Skills Training UK hosted the showcase at Ealing Town Hall for learners based at its three London training centres in Ealing, Hounslow and Wembley.
The 16-24 year-olds were presented with awards and certificates to recognise their achievements.

The learners, many of whom struggled at school or overcame personal challenges, achieved vocational qualifications with the support of Skills Training UK.
The Outstanding Study Programme Award went to Zureya Ntege, 18, from the Ealing centre, for achieving qualifications in maths, English and business.
She said: “My childhood dream was to go into fashion and I now have the confidence and skills to pursue this.”
Skills Training UK currently has 674 learners at training centres in Hounslow, Ealing, Wembley, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Brighton.
