A total of 1,346 new homes have been built or are currently under construction in Acton Gardens, transforming the South Acton estate by replacing 1,800 old council properties which had reached the end of their life.

A further 1,954 homes are planned for rent, shared ownership and sale. The rolling programme by L&Q and Countryside has 11 phases, due for completion by 2028.
