It is being organised by The Park Federation, which runs eight schools in Hillingdon and Slough including Cranford Park Academy, Lake Farm Park Academy, and Wood End Park Academy, all Hayes, and West Drayton Academy.

Events will include a fashion show, cinema night, picnics in the park (end-of-schoolday family picnics on the school field), lunchtime carnival discos, a sponsored readathon, Mendi patterns (hand and body painting with henna) and a nail bar.
