Competition finalists from Indian restaurants across the capital will attend a glamourous black-tie event for the first awards ceremony of its kind.

Among the nominees for the inaugural London Curry Awards on April 30, are five Harrow restaurants hoping to win Restaurant of the Year.

The ceremony, run by Oceanic Consulting will be held at Chak 89 in Surrey, and will also include a drinks reception, four-course meal and entertainment.
