Two optician shops wore headwear to work to raise money for a cancer charity.
Specsavers staff in the Harrow and Wealdstone stores took part in Wear a Hat Day on March 29 for Brain Tumour Research.
The novelty campaign has a serious aim to raise funding and awareness for the charity which currently receives just 1% of cancer research money.
The Harrow Road shop raise £39.80 while the Wealdstone High Street staff managed £48.99 - a total of £88.79.
Store director at both stores, Unhar Gupta, said: “The teams in both stores really enjoyed the day, as did our customers.
“We would like to thank them for their generous donations, which will really make a massive difference to what is a really good cause.”
The initiative happens across the country each year.
