A MAN sought in connection with a fatal road crash in Harlington, which resulted in the death of three youths, has handed himself in at a police station.

The 34-year-old man voluntarily attended a north London police station shortly after 7pm on Sunday. He has now been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and taken into custody.

A 28-year-old man, who was arrested at the scene, has now been charged with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving.

Jaynesh Chudasma, of Hayes, will appear in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates Court today (Monday).

Detectives have now named the victims of the crash. They are Harry Louis Rice, 17, George Toby Wilkinson, 16, and Josh Mcguinness, also 16.

Det Sgt Michael Rapp, of the Met's Serious Collision Unit, said: "Earlier today, police released images of a man they wish to speak to in connection with this incident.

“A man has now handed himself in and been arrested. I would like to thank the media and public for their assistance with this appeal.

"This is a fast-moving investigation and CCTV inquiries and forensic analysis of the car involved are underway.

“At least two males are believed to have left the black Audi A5 following the crash. Inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the collision and the number of occupants in the vehicle.”

T/Chief Supt Colin Wingrove, the Hillingdon borough commander, said: "Our thoughts and prayers are with family and many friends of three young men who have died in such tragic circumstances.

"Tributes continue to be laid at the scene and officers will be in and around the area providing a presence and also to make themselves available to anyone who does have information and wants to speak with police.

"There is understandably a lot of shock and grief in the local community. These three young men had their whole lives ahead of them."

The accident happened on Friday at 8.41pm in Shepiston Lane. The three boys are believed to have been on the pavement.

Despite the efforts of police and an ambulance Crew, all three died at the scene.
