All council car parks and pay and display bays will offer free parking on New Year’s Day.  Visitor parking in resident bays within controlled parking zones (CPZs) will also be free on those days.  Normal parking restrictions apply on all other days.

Motorists are reminded that bus lanes and parking restrictions on double yellow lines, loading bays and parking in other places where parking is prohibited remain in operation.

For urgent enforcement requests, call 033 0008 8704.

The noise response team is operating a service to deal with noise nuisance complaints. However, there will be no service on New Year’s Day.  Contact them on 020 8825 8111.

As always, teams will be on standby to grit roads across the borough if required.

The borough's sports centres will be open at different hours. Check with your local sports centre.
