Residents are invited to have a chance to win a £50 voucher to dine at The Old Orchard pub in Harefield, which boasts great views of the Colne Valley, by filling out a questionnaire.

The questionnaire seeks to capture opinions about the Colne Valley Regional Park.

Ewa Prokop, the Programme Manager, said: “I’ve been talking to local people about what they love best about the Colne Valley, what they have concerns about and how might £2m of grant-funding be spent to help the local environment and understand its heritage.

“Though we have six more drop-in sessions planned at West Drayton Library, Chalfont St. Peter Community Library, Colnbrook Village Hall, Black Park Country Park, Denham Country Park and Chiltern Open Air Museum, not everyone can get to these.

“We’ve therefore set up an on-line questionnaire where people can share their views on the Colne Valley Regional Park.

“A link to the questionnaire may be found at  www.colnevalleypark.org.uk/projects and on Facebook and Twitter. All those who leave their email address will be entered into a random prize draw.”

Responses will help the Colne Valley Landscape Partnership shape a bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund, which is to be submitted in March 2018.
