Schoolchildren gathered to learn more about respecting and understanding other faiths and cultures.
Pupils from Sinai Jewish Primary School, in Harrow, spent a morning practising yoga with other children at the Krishna Avanti School, in Edgware, on Tuesday, March 21.
They were there for the Three Faiths Forum project, which was set up to help pupils make new friends and understand about a religion other than their own.
Mrs Saville, a Year 4 teacher at Sinai, said: “It is crucial that children of different faiths gain an understanding of each other’s beliefs and linking through the Three Faiths Forum is a perfect way of doing this.”
Rhys, a pupil at Krishna Avanti, said: “I’ve enjoyed learning lots about the Jewish faith.”
Sammy, another pupil at the school, added: “I loved doing Yoga with my friends from Krishna Avanti.”
