Following the launch of St. Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge St. Modwen Homes eight reservations have been taken in the first weekend.

One of the most popular designs so far is the three-storey Lincoln home, with all purchasers using Help to Buy to secure their dream home.

Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “We’re incredibly pleased with the reaction we’ve had at St. Andrew’s Park so far.

“It’s our most prestigious development to date so it was fantastic to see people queuing from 4.30am on the day of the launch to secure their preferred plot.

“Buying a home in Greater London may seem like an impossible task but by using Help to Buy it can be easier than you think - it’s great to see so many of our purchasers making the most of the 5% deposits available.”

St. Modwen Homes has launched 6 bespoke house designs at St. Andrew’s Park, including three and four storey luxury townhouses alongside a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments.

New amenities will also be delivered on the site, including new employment opportunities, a theatre, museum and new restaurant, as well as the 32 acre park and John Locke Academy Primary School that are already in place.

The properties at St. Andrew’s Park form the latest phase of the 1,300-home new community at the former RAF Uxbridge site in Hillingdon.

St. Modwen, together with joint venture partner VINCI, is leading the regeneration project.

St. Andrew’s Park has a rich history and the former RAF Uxbridge played a pivotal role in World War One.

The development is home to the Battle of Britain Bunker museum and operations room as well as the Grade II listed Hillingdon House, which sits at the heart of the park and is set to become home to a new restaurant.

The marketing suite is open Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5.30pm inclusive of weekends and is located on St. Andrew’s Park, Churchill Road, Uxbridge, West London UB10 ORX.

Anyone wishing to book an appointment or speak to a member of the sales team can do so by calling 0844 2434560.
