Police have arrested two more teenagers in connection with the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Hussein Ahmed.

Hussein Ahmed of Edgware, was riding his bicycle when he was attacked outside Kebabish takeaway in Northolt Road, Harrow on Friday November 18.

He was taken to hospital but died five days later on November 23, when his life support was turned off.

Detectives have now arrested a further two teenagers in connection with the stabbing, adding their total to six arrests.

A teenager who was stabbed near to South Harrow Underground Station has died.

Hussein Ahmed, 19, from Edgware, was pronounced dead yesterday after life-support was turned off.

Police believe Hussein was attacked by a group of males, all of whom are described as black and believed to be aged in their teens or around 20-year-olds.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on November 25 on suspicion of murder and subsequently bailed to return on a date in late December.

A 14-year-old boy was also arrested later on November 27 on suspicion of murder.

He was bailed and told to return on later this month pending further enquiries
Three boys aged 14, 15 and 17 and a 23-year-old man were arrested on November 21 on suspicion of at-tempted murder.

They were subsequently bailed to return on a date in early December.
Detective Chief Inspector Tim Duffield of the Met's Homicide and Major Crime Command said: "Hussein's family and friends have been left devastated by their loss.

"This was a senseless attack on a busy London street at the height of rush hour, so I'm confident a good many people must have witnessed what happened.

"We very much rely on the public's help to keep our communities safe and I'm keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time.

"For anyone who may be hesitant about coming forward, I want to stress that your information will be treated in the strictest confidence."
