Witnesses to a serious crash which left a motorcyclist with “life-threatening” injuries are being asked to come forward by police.
Officers were called to reports of a collision between a car and a motorcycle on Lime Grove, Ruislip, at around 4pm on Wednesday.
Ambulances and an air ambulance attended the scene, taking the 47-year-old rider of the motorcycle to hospital for treatment to his serious injuries.
The car involved – a white Lexus – stopped at the scene.
No arrests have been made and next of kin have been informed.
