MUSIC festival Ploughfest returns to The Plough Inn at Northfields this August Bank Holiday weekend.
The pub will have free live music from 10 local acts in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, for three days from this Saturday, August 29.
And on Bank Holiday Monday there will also be a family fun day with a barbecue. Children’s entertainment group Party Popperz will host children’s activities, including face painting, singing and dancing.
In the evening, the beer garden will be transformed into outdoor cinema for a Back To The Future movie marathon on a big screen projector, starting at 6pm.
Chris Bosse, manager of The Plough Inn, said: “The whole team at The Plough is really looking forward to this weekend.
“There’s something for everyone and while you’re enjoying listening to the great music, or the kids are having fun, you can be happy in the knowledge you’re helping a great cause at the same time.”
There will be five bands each day starting at 3pm.
Acts include acoustic guitarist Russ Shipton and three-piece rock band Two Hands, both from west London, plus Observers, Chris Sagan Project, Du Bellows, Georgia Patterson, Anton Vann, Jim Perrie, Jingo and The Chairs.
