THE first glimpse of plans to redevelop 9-42 Ealing Broadway is unveiled today, showing how the heart of this busy area is promised a new lease of life.
Artist’s impressions have been released of Haven Place, a new pedestrian route between the station and The Broadway, lined with shops and cafes and around 200 homes.
Our picture shows Haven Place, looking east toward the station. It indicates new homes set within courtyards above the bustling plaza, with raised gardens linked by bridges.
Plans also include modern new shops along The Broadway and significant improvements to existing streets and spaces.
Public consultation on the plans are taking place this week on: Friday, January 30, 4-8pm Saturday, January 31, 10am-4pm The venue is 7a The Broadway (the former KFH estate agents within Central Chambers, opposite Ealing Broadway station).
