EVERYONE Active Acton Centre is encouraging staff and the community to donate any unwanted clothes, toys and baby goods to Acton Homeless Concern.
The centre, which is operated in partnership with Ealing Council, will be collecting items throughout December and donating them to borough people in need.
“Acton Homeless Concern is a fantastic charity that helps around 150 local people a day,” said Luke Charlton, general manager at the Acton centre.
“We want to show our support and give as much as we can. Christmas is a time for giving, so we hope residents will donate unwanted items.”
The appeal is looking for items to be clean and in good condition.
Donations can be given to reception at the Acton High Street centre.
