STUDENTS, staff and governors at Acton High School were today joined by dignitaries including Angie Bray MP and Cllr Jon Ball in a remembrance service.
It included students reading poetry they had written and performing music.
Wreaths were laid to honour the former Acton High pupils who gave their lives in the two world wars.
A total of 55 died in WW1 and 53 in WW2. Their names are commemorated permanently on plaques at the school.
