PEOPLE in Ealing are reminded that rubbish and recycling collections, including garden waste, will be a day later than usual following the August bank holiday.

Collections due on Friday, August 29, will go ahead on the Saturday.

Refuse and recycling should be left at the front boundary or in a place which does not block the pavement by 7am.

Refuse and recycling centres in Greenford and Acton will be open over the bank holiday.

Collections will return to normal on Monday, September 1.

Street cleaning will continue to take place the day after collections. For collections on Saturday, August 30, street cleaning will take place on the Monday.
